1. Consultation

2. Valuation

Your broker will review your discretionary income and expenses along with any other pertinent information to the business to help determine its value.

3. Agreement

A listing agreement will be signed authorizing Midway Business Brokerage to represent you in the sale of your business.

4. Prospecting

We will find you the right buyer by using our extensive approved buyers list and will confidentially advertise your business. Our approved buyers are pre-qualified and required to sign a Non disclosure agreement before receiving any sensitive information concerning your business.

5. Navigate the Deal

Once we've identified a suitable buyer, our brokers will work with you to help facilitate a smooth transaction.
